John Laing Group plc (LON: JLG) announced today that Olivier Brousse, has tendered his resignation from his position as Chief Executive Officer of the Company in order to take up a senior position at Veolia Group.
Olivier will remain as CEO of the Company whilst he assists the Company to effect an orderly transition.
The Company is in the process of identifying a new CEO and will provide updates, as appropriate, in due course.
John Laing’s Chairman, Will Samuel, said:

We will continue to work closely with him in the months ahead to ensure a smooth transition to the new leadership. He leaves with our best wishes for the future”.
