Integrafin Holdings PLC New appointments to the Board

IntegraFin Holdings PLC (LON:IHP) announced today the appointment of Richard Cranfield to the Board as a non-executive director and chair-elect with effect from today’s date. 

Richard is, and will continue to be, a partner in law firm Allen and Overy LLP.

Following a handover period, Richard will assume the role of chair from Christopher Munro, who has undertaken the role of non-executive chair on an interim basis since September 2018. It is anticipated that the chair will pass to Mr. Cranfield at or around the time of the Company’s financial year end.

IntegraFin is also pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Lister to the Board as a non-executive director, also with effect from today’s date. 

Robert is currently a non-executive director of Credit Suisse Asset Management (UK) Limited, Investec Wealth and Investment Limited and is the chair of the board of directors of the Aberdeen Smaller Companies Income Trust PLC. Robert has over 20 years’ experience of investment management and is also a director of The Salvation Army International Trustee Company.
