Impax Environmental Markets plc (LON:IEM) has declared a second interim dividend for the 2023 financial year of 2.9 pence per Ordinary Share (2022: 2.5 pence), payable on 15 March 2024 to shareholders who appear on the register on 16 February 2024, with an ex-dividend date of 15 February 2024.
This equates to a total dividend for the 2023 financial year of 4.6 pence per ordinary share (2022: 4 pence), an increase of fifteen per cent. It remains the Board’s intention to pay out substantially all earnings by way of a dividend, the quantum of which is affected both by the level of dividends received by Impax Environmental Markets and by the number of shares in issue.
