IG Group Holdings announce Chairman changes

As previously announced, IG Group Holdings Plc (LON:IGG), a global leader in online trading, has confirmed that Robert Michael (Mike) McTighe commences his role as Chairman of the Company today.  Additionally, the Board of the Company has agreed to appoint Mike McTighe as Chairman of the Nomination Committee and as a member of the Remuneration Committee with immediate effect.   

Jonathan Moulds, who has been acting as Interim Chairman of the Company since the AGM in September 2019, steps down as Interim Chairman with immediate effect and continues as a Non-Executive Director of the Company and Chairman of the Board Risk Committee. 

Malcolm Le May, Senior Independent Director at IG Group Holdings said: “I wish to thank Jonathan for fulfilling the role of Interim Chairman of the Company during this period, a role which he has executed with considerable skill and professionalism.”
