GSTechnologies completes $1m AI investment and cuts debt

GSTechnologies Limited (LON:GST), the fintech company, has announced, further to the Company’s announcement on 9 July 2026, that it has completed its US$1.0 million strategic investment in Sodales AI Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based artificial intelligence company established to develop and commercialise an enterprise-scale Agentic Artificial Intelligence Operating System, in exchange for a 10% equity interest.  The investment in Sodales AI will support GST’s strategy of combining artificial intelligence with its existing fintech, blockchain and digital payments capabilities.

The Company is also pleased to report that it has prepaid US$1 million of its US$10 million unsecured term loan facility, entered into on 17 June 2026.  The remaining US$9 million of the facility is repayable in full on 31 July 2030 unless prepaid, redeemed or converted in accordance with its terms.
