Greencoat UK Wind PLC (LON:UKW) today announced that Daniel Badger has tendered his resignation as Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 31 July 2019.
Tim Ingram, Chairman said: “On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Daniel Badger for his services as a Non-Executive Director of the Company since his appointment in 2013. His valuable contribution has seen the Company and its Portfolio grow.”
