Greencoat UK Wind PLC (LON:UKW) has announced that it has completed its acquisition of a 49.9% interest in Kype Muir Extension wind farm from Banks Renewables. The Company committed to acquire the interest in December 2020 and investment was made by the Company during construction by way of a loan which has now been repaid.
Completion takes the Company’s net generating capacity to over 2GW.
