Grafton Group plc Completes sale of Belgian merchanting business

Grafton Group plc

Grafton Group plc (LON: GFTU), the international builders merchanting and DIY Group, announced on 30 August 2019 that it had entered into a conditional agreement for the sale of its Belgian merchanting business. Grafton today confirmed to the market that this transaction has now completed on the 4th October 2019.

Grafton Group plc is a United Kingdom and Ireland based builders merchants business. It is listed on the London Stock Exchange, and is a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index.
