Golden Saint Technologies Limited (LON:GST), EMS Wiring Systems Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of GST, signed a Strategic Cooperation agreement with IT Care Ltd (a Shanghai listed public company operating in the ICT Infrastructure and technology development space).

As part of its overall strategy, GST partners with significant players in the ICT Infrastructure industry to enhance networking and to increase its product offering. As part of this cooperation agreement, IT Care and GST will be sharing marketing and potential client information to benefit both businesses.
