Frasers Group updates on Accent takeover offer period

Frasers Group Plc (LON:FRAS) announced on 15 June 2026 an all-cash on-market takeover offer to acquire all of the fully paid ordinary shares that it does not hold in the issued share capital of Accent Group Limited (ASX: AX1) at a price of A$0.65 per Accent Share. The full terms of the Offer, together with the procedures for acceptance of the Offer, were set out in the Bidder’s Statement issued by the Company on 15 June 2026.

Capitalised terms used in this announcement, unless otherwise defined, have the same meanings as set out in the Bidder’s Statement.

On 23 July 2026, Barrenjoey Markets Pty Limited as Frasers’ broker announced via the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) that the Offer Period has been extended to close of trading on ASX (4:00pm, Sydney time) on 30 September 2026, unless further extended or withdrawn. No other terms of the Offer have changed.
