Finseta targets faster collections with new payment request feature

Finseta Plc

Finseta has launched Payment Requests, a new feature that lets users create and share payment requests directly from the Finseta platform.

The feature is designed to reduce the manual steps involved in collecting funds. Users can generate a request that includes their full banking details, then send it by email, WhatsApp, SMS or QR code. This gives customers a faster and more consistent way to ask for payment without repeatedly copying, typing or sending details manually.

Payment collection is a common operational task, and small delays or errors can slow down cash movement. By making payment requests easier to create and share, Finseta is helping customers reduce friction and keep funds moving more efficiently.

The feature also improves accuracy. Because banking details are pre-filled from the platform, users are less likely to send incorrect or incomplete information.

Finseta Plc (LON:FIN), formerly Cornerstone FS PLC, is a United Kingdom-based foreignexchange and payments company offering multi-currency accounts and payment solutions to businesses and individuals through its global payments network.
