CyanConnode subsidiary supports Goa smart meter rollout with staff training

CyanConnode

DigiSmart Networks, a subsidiary of CyanConnode, has completed training for more than 250 Goa Electricity officials as part of the smart meter rollout in the state.

The programme focused on three practical areas: how the system works, how field teams should carry out procedures and how complaints should be handled.

Smart meter rollouts can face problems if utility teams are not ready. Even when hardware is available, projects still depend on trained people, clear processes and effective customer support. By training more than 250 officials, DigiSmart is helping reduce this risk for Goa Electricity.

The system workflow sessions should help officials understand how the smart metering platform operates and how information moves through it. This supports smoother day-to-day use once the system is active.

CyanConnode Holdings plc (LON:CYAN) is a world leader in the design and development of Narrowband RF mesh networks that enable Omni Internet of Things (IoT) communications.
