· Our strong and sustainable financial model – our long-term track record of delivering earnings growth, backed by consistent free cash flow generation and a strong balance sheet, enabling targeted acquisitions and capital returns
· Medium-term term growth ambitions – to deliver revenue growth ahead of the market, realise scale benefits from our Group Operating Model and improve productivity, with an ambition of increasing adjusted operating profit as a percentage of gross profit to over 30%
