CMC Markets expands B2B partnerships and targets further growth

CMC Markets

CMC Markets is targeting further growth through its B2B division, with more than 300 partnerships and new agreements with major banking groups supporting its expansion.

Founder and Chief Executive Lord Peter Cruddas confirmed that the Group’s partnership with Revolut has been extended into the UK, while agreements with Westpac in Australia and ASB in New Zealand remain on schedule.

ASB is expected to launch before the end of 2026, with Westpac targeted for early 2027. Both agreements are expected to generate recurring B2B revenue.

CMC Markets is also expanding its institutional offering, investing in proprietary technology and developing new products and markets. Its retail strategy includes plans for a global Super App combining its trading and investment services.

The Group continues to offer access to multiple asset classes, including equities, options, fractional shares and contracts for difference, alongside spread betting and selected pre-IPO investment opportunities.

Cruddas said the Group’s growth is being supported by its B2B business, despite subdued market volatility affecting trading activity across the sector.

He also confirmed a personal purchase of approximately £5 million in CMC Markets shares and said he has not sold any shares since the company’s 2016 IPO.

CMC Markets will publish its half-year results on 26 November 2026.

CMC Markets plc (LON:CMCX) is a UK-based financial services company that offers online trading in shares, spread betting, contracts for difference and foreign exchange across world markets.
