Cerillion

Cerillion plc (LON:CER), the billing, charging and customer relationship management software solutions provider, has announced its largest ever contract win in an agreement worth £11.2m with a major UK provider of enterprise connectivity solutions. The majority of income, including software licences and services, is expected to be recognised in the next 12 months, and the contract has an overall term of five years.

The contract is for the supply and implementation of Cerillion’s Enterprise BSS/OSS* Suite, the Company’s pre-integrated end-to-end CRM and billing solution. It will be delivered in a private cloud to support the full ‘lead-to-cash’ process for a wide range of unified communications services. The contract was awarded following an extended competitive selection process, and delivery is scheduled to begin immediately.

Louis Hall, CEO of Cerillion, said:

“We are delighted to have been awarded this major contract, the biggest single win in Cerillion’s history. During the selection process our end-to-end capabilities and reputation for successful delivery proved to be the differentiating factors over our competition. This is the latest demonstration of the ongoing momentum of the business and increasing recognition of the quality of our solutions.”
