Cerillion advances telecoms automation strategy

Cerillion

Cerillion has launched Cerillion 26.1, adding Agent2Agent capabilities to its BSS/OSS Suite and strengthening its position in telecoms software automation.

The update allows AI agents to work together across Cerillion’s platform and third-party systems. For telecom operators, this is designed to reduce manual processes, improve service management and support faster operational decisions.

BSS/OSS systems are central to how telecom companies bill customers, manage services and launch new products. Operators are under pressure to modernise these systems, but replacing them can be complex and risky. Cerillion’s pre-integrated software model is positioned to reduce that complexity.

The company is also demonstrating this positioning through its work with Omantel. Cerillion is delivering a major BSS/OSS transformation for the operator, including product catalogue, CRM, charging, service management, revenue management, analytics and network inventory. The deployment uses Cerillion Cloud, hosted within Oman Data Park, combining cloud flexibility with local data control.

Cerillion 26.1 adds further upgrades across interoperability, event-driven workflows, charging, policy control, customer app journeys and inventory monitoring.

Cerillion plc (LON:CER) is a leading provider of billing, charging and customer management systems with more than 20 years’ experience delivering its solutions across a broad range of industries including the telecommunications, finance, utilities and transportation sectors.
