Berkeley Group’s Peter Vernon stepping down from the Board

Berkeley Group Holdings plc (LON:BKG) has announced that Peter Vernon will be stepping down from the Board at the Company’s Annual General Meeting on 3 September 2021 to take a long-planned sabbatical coinciding with his retirement from Grosvenor. 

Glyn Barker, Chairman said

“Peter has been a valued member of the Berkeley Group Board in his nearly four years of service.  I would like to thank Peter for his significant contribution and wish him the very best for his well-earned sabbatical.”
