Beeks Financial Cloud Group plc (LON:BKS), a cloud computing and connectivity provider for financial markets, has announced three additional contract wins across its Analytics, Proximity Cloud and Private Cloud offerings, with a combined total contract value of c.£1.7m.
The contracts comprise:
· A 34-month software contract for Beeks Analytics and Market Edge Intelligence® with an existing global financial services customer, for deployment in London, with a total contract value of c.£0.5m and opportunities for further expansion;
· A three-year Proximity Cloud contract with a new global technology customer, with a total contract value of c.£0.6m and opportunities for future expansion; and
· An additional three-year Private Cloud contract with a longstanding strategic partner, with a total contract value of c.$0.8m (c.£0.6m).
Revenue recognition from the Analytics and Proximity Cloud contracts is expected to commence this month, supporting the Board’s expectations for the current financial year. Revenue recognition from the Private Cloud contract is expected to commence in FY27.
The Analytics win is the second deployment of the Group’s recently launched Market Edge Intelligence® offering, demonstrating strong early customer adoption and reinforcing the commercial opportunity for advanced analytics and AI-powered insight solutions across financial markets infrastructure.
