Baird Group launches itim Unify to improve retail operations

itim Group

Baird Group, owner of Suit Direct, has gone live with the Itim Unify Platform as part of its digital transformation strategy.

The new platform brings together several important retail systems in one place. This should help the business run its stores, stock, customer orders, wholesale activity and product information more efficiently.

itim Unify will help Baird Group manage customer orders, route orders, control stock, handle distribution, manage its product catalogue, support grading and ranging, allocate products, run point of sale systems and support assisted selling through tablets in stores.

The launch gives store colleagues access to real-time information. This can help them answer customer questions more quickly, check product availability and support sales on the shop floor. It also gives the business better visibility across different channels, which is important as customers expect a consistent experience whether they shop in store or online.

itim (ITIM)
