Zotefoams has strengthened its sales leadership in EMEA and North America as it looks to deliver its next phase of growth.
The company has promoted Fabrice Lacroix to sales director for EMEA and appointed Jason Ross as sales director for North America. The appointments are directly linked to Zotefoams’ plan to expand its commercial reach, deepen customer relationships and support growth across key international markets.
Zotefoams has already set clear medium-term targets, including revenue of more than £230m and operating profit of £40m by FY29. To reach those targets, the company needs stronger regional leadership, better customer coverage and a sharper route to market in the areas where demand for advanced foam materials is expected to develop.
Lacroix brings more than 20 years of experience at Zotefoams. He has held several commercial roles and has been involved in building the company’s T-FIT business and aviation presence in Europe. His promotion gives the EMEA business a leader with deep knowledge of the group, its customers and its technical product range. That should help reduce execution risk as the company works to convert existing relationships into further sales growth.
Ross joins Zotefoams with more than two decades of experience in speciality polymers and technical materials. He has held senior roles across aerospace, medical and semiconductor markets. His appointment is important because North America is a key growth region for the company. His sector experience should help Zotefoams target customers with complex technical needs and build stronger relationships in markets where performance materials can command value.
