WH Ireland Group

WH Ireland Group Plc (LON:WHI) confirms today that it has officially exchanged contracts with English Cities Fund (ECf) to take 6,610 sq. ft. at Manchester development, One New Bailey.

WH Ireland will occupy part of the first floor on a ten-year lease and selected the new development on the banks of the River Irwell due to its proximity to nearby Spinningfields.

With plans to recruit and grow its wealth management and planning teams, WHIreland Richard Killingbeck, WH Ireland CEO said: “We have an exciting growth strategy for our business over the coming years and we are delighted to be moving to new high quality offices at One New Bailey. The move to brand new and attractive premises enhances our presence in Manchester for both clients and our staff as we continue to grow our wealth management and wealth planning services in the city and the North West.”

Following the completion of the internal fit-out, WHIreland is expected to move from its existing offices on St James’s Square in to One New Bailey in July.

Robert Race, Head of Wealth Management at WH Ireland in Manchester said: “Our roots in the city go back to the 19th century and whilst our existing premises have served us well, our move this summer reinforces our commitment to Manchester and the local economy.”
