Volta Finance generates €38m in interest income with 1.8x dividend cover

VTA

Volta Finance Limited (LON:VTA) has published its results for the financial year ended 31 July 2026.

CHAIR’S STATEMENT

Dear Shareholders

The past 12 months have been a challenging and unsettling period with heightened geopolitical risks and volatile financial conditions. Many companies across the globe are affected in some way by this backdrop, with a few obvious exceptions, including the unstoppable march of Artificial Intelligence (AI) hyperscalers and pockets of the technology sector. Throughout these challenges, Volta has continued its strategy of investing in diversified CLO Debt and Equity tranches across the United States (US) and Europe.

Given those factors, it is perhaps not a surprise, but certainly a disappointment that Volta’s NAV and share price have fallen in the last year and I will detail below the primary reasons for those price changes. I am however pleased to report that Volta’s portfolio continues to be resilient, with low levels of default and credit losses, market outperformance by our
Investment Manager, BNP Paribas Asset Management Europe (the “Investment Manager” or “BNP AM”), and cashflows
which provide strong dividend coverage.

Volta will celebrate its 20th anniversary in December 2026. It was the inaugural European-listed CLO investment fund,
groundbreaking in its time and we would like to thank all our Shareholders for their support over almost two decades
