Verici Dx publishes Circular and Notice of General Meeting

Verici Dx Plc (LON:VRCI), a developer of advanced clinical diagnostics for organ transplant, has announced that a Circular has been published containing a notice of a general meeting to be held at the offices of Shoosmiths LLP at 1 Bow Churchyard, London, EC4M 9DQ at 11:30 a.m. on 22 June 2026.

The General Meeting is being held to ensure that the Company has sufficient authority to issue and allot new Ordinary Shares on a non-pre-emptive basis following the Fundraising announced on 5 June 2026.

The Circular and Notice of General Meeting has been posted to Shareholders and is available on the Company’s website at: https://vericidx.com/investors/documents/

Unless otherwise defined, all definitions used in this announcement will have the same meaning as described in the Circular.
