Verici Dx expands its route to market through Illinois coverage agreement

Verici Dx Plc

Verici Dx has taken a commercially relevant step in the US rollout of Tutivia through a new agreement with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois. The arrangement places the post-kidney transplant test in network across commercial plans, managed Medicaid and Medicare Advantage in the state.

By securing in-network benefit status, Verici Dx is improving the route through claims processing while allowing eligible patients to access Tutivia at in-network rates. This should make the test easier to use within established transplant care pathways and may support more consistent ordering over time.

The agreement also has significance beyond its immediate geography. Verici Dx said the deal brings the company into the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Preferred Provider Organisation network, which improves access to other Blue Cross and Blue Shield entities, including Texas, and potentially across the wider association’s 33 member plans.

Verici Dx Plc (LON:VRCI) is developing a complementary suite of proprietary, leading-edge tests forming a kidney transplant diagnostics platform for personalised patient and organ response risk to assist clinicians in medical management for improved patient outcomes.
