Tritax Big Box REIT ex-dividend date will be 14 March 2024

Tritax Big Box REIT plc (LON:BBOX) board has declared an interim dividend in respect of the period from 1 October 2023 to 31 December 2023 of 2.05 pence per ordinary share, payable on or around 2 April 2024 to shareholders on the register on 15 March 2024. The ex-dividend date will be 14 March 2024.

This dividend will be a Property Income Distribution (“PID“).

Following the payment of this dividend, the Company will have paid, in aggregate, 7.30 pence per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 December 2023, an increase of 4.3% against 2022.
