Tirupati Graphite to hold its AGM on 28 October 2021

Tirupati Graphite plc (LON:TGR), the fully integrated, revenue generating, specialist graphite producer and graphene and advanced materials developer, has announced that it will hold its Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) at 10:00 a.m. on 28 October 2021 at the offices of Bird & Bird LLP, 12 New Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1JP.

Tirupati Graphite intends to hold a live streamed investor presentation in London at 5.30pm on 28 October 2021. To register interest in attending this presentation in person, please email admin@tirupatigraphite.co.uk by no later than 14 October 2021; a venue will be confirmed once attendee numbers are established.
