Time Finance adds experienced manager to support invoice finance clients

Time Finance

Time Finance has appointed Emma Caton as relationship manager in its invoice finance North team.

Caton brings more than 13 years of industry experience and will manage a portfolio of clients, mainly across the Midlands. She has previously worked in relationship and client management roles at RBS, HSBC, Bibby Financial Services and eCapital Commercial Finance.

The appointment gives Time Finance additional experience within its invoice finance operations and extends the geographical coverage of its relationship management team. Caton’s Midlands location will help the company support clients across a wider area while maintaining direct contact with businesses using its funding facilities.

Her role will centre on managing existing client relationships and understanding the funding requirements of individual businesses. This is important within invoice finance, where facilities are closely linked to a company’s sales ledger and working capital position. Regular oversight can help identify changes in trading conditions, address issues earlier and ensure that funding remains appropriate as a client develops.

Caton’s background at several established financial services providers gives her experience of working with businesses across different sectors and circumstances. That experience should support Time Finance’s ability to assess client needs, maintain service standards and manage relationships throughout the life of each facility.
