TEAM plc appoints Shore Capital as its Nominated Adviser & sole Broker

TEAM plc (LON:TEAM) has announced the appointment of Shore Capital and Corporate Limited as its Nominated Adviser and Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited as its sole Broker with immediate effect.

TEAM also announces the information in the Appendix below relating to additional director disclosures under Schedule Two, Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
