Strix Group Plc (LON:KETL), the AIM quoted global leader in the design, manufacture and supply of kettle safety controls and other complementary water temperature management components, states that it has been notified that a trust in which Mark Kirkland, a Non Executive Director of Strix, has a beneficial interest, has purchased 8,710 Ordinary Shares of £0.01 in the capital of the Company.  

Following this purchase, Mark Kirkland is beneficially interested in a total of 8,710 Ordinary Shares.

Isle of Man based Strix Group, is a global leader in the design, manufacture and supply of kettle safety controls and other components and devices involving water heating and temperature control, steam management and water filtration.
