Serco plc (LON:SRP) has confirmed that, further to the announcement of 14 December 2024 regarding the acquisition of European Homecare (EHC), and following receipt of the required approvals, the transaction completed on 1 March.
EHC is a leading provider of immigration services to public sector customers in Germany. This strategic acquisition will complement our ORS operations and strengthen our position as a leading partner in immigration services for European governments.
