Renold plc (LON:RNO), a leading international supplier of industrial chains and related power transmission products, has announced that it has posted to shareholders its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2024, together with notice of annual general meeting and the associated form of proxy.

The 2024 AGM will be held at 11.00 a.m. on 10 September 2024 at Renold’s registered office at Trident 2, Trident Business Park, Styal Road, Wythenshawe, Manchester M22 5XB.
