PPHE Hotel Group Ltd (LON:PPH), the international hospitality real estate group which develops, owns and operates hotels and resorts, has now completed the acquisition of the freehold interest in Park Plaza London Waterloo together with the associated financing of the acquisition by Bank Hapoalim B.M..

Following hedging arrangements previously announced on 23 March 2026, approximately 90% of the new facility with Bank Hapoalim will bear an all-in interest rate of 5.853%, with the balance remaining at a floating rate.
