Pets at Home FY26 Revenue Falls 0.8% to £1.47bn as PBT Drops 28.3%

Pets at Home Group Plc (LON:PETS) has announced that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 26 March 2026, Notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Form of Proxy for the 2026 AGM have been sent to shareholders and the Annual Report and Notice are available on the Company’s website at: https://www.petsathomeplc.com/investors/.

In compliance with UKLR 6.4.1(R), the Company has submitted electronic copies of the following documents to the National Storage Mechanism appointed by the Financial Conduct Authority and these will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism:

·    a PDF of the Annual Report;

·    Notice of the 2026 AGM;

·    Form of Proxy for the 2026 AGM; and

·    A copy of the rules of the proposed Pets at Home Group Plc Performance Share Plan.

The AGM will be held at 09:00am on 9 July 2026 at Pets at Home, Chester House, Stanley Green Trading Estate, Handforth, Cheshire, SK9 3RN.
