Meridian Holdings will participate in the H.C. Wainwright 28th Annual Global Investment Conference from 14th to 16th September 2026, giving management an opportunity to present the company’s international gaming and technology strategy to the investment community.
Chairman and Chief Financial Officer William Scott is scheduled to hold meetings during the event. The conference provides Meridian with a focused setting to explain its operating structure, international market exposure and priorities across its gaming and technology businesses.
Meridian operates as an international developer, licensor and operator of online gaming and e-commerce platforms. The company is active in more than 25 regulated international markets, giving it exposure to multiple jurisdictions while also increasing the importance of regulatory compliance, licensing discipline and market selection.
The group’s main consumer-facing business is Meridianbet Group, an online sports betting and gaming operator founded in 2001. Meridianbet is licensed across markets in Europe, Africa and South America and represents a central part of the company’s direct-to-consumer operations.
Meridian also operates a business-to-business technology division. This includes Expanse Studios, a game developer, and GMAG, an iGaming platform. These businesses develop, license and distribute gaming technology to international clients. The structure gives Meridian exposure to both direct gaming operations and technology supply, which broadens the company’s revenue model and strategic options.
Meridian Holdings plc (formally Golden Matrix Group, Inc.) (Nasdaq:MRDN) positions itself as a leader in the iGaming technology space, offering casino, sportsbook, and competition products and combining cutting-edge solutions with a strong portfolio of partnerships to drive growth and innovation in the digital gaming market.
