Meridian Holdings has launched its Expanse Studios gaming content with a licensed operator in Sweden, marking its first commercial deployment in the country.
The launch activates Expanse Studios’ software provider licence, granted by the Swedish Gambling Authority in December 2025 and valid until December 2030. The agreement allows the company to distribute its games through an operator in Sweden’s regulated online gaming market.
Expanse Studios develops and distributes online casino games, including slots, crash games, turn-based strategy and card games. Its portfolio includes nearly 100 proprietary titles distributed to more than 1,800 online casino brands worldwide.
The company holds content certifications across 14 regulated markets in Europe, Latin America and Africa. The Swedish launch expands its commercial reach and provides another market in which to generate revenue from its existing games.
For Meridian Holdings, the deployment supports its strategy of growing business-to-business revenue alongside its consumer-facing gaming operations. Further growth will depend on securing additional operator relationships, expanding distribution and generating demand for its content.
