LondonMetric Property appoints Darren Richards as Chief Investment Officer

LondonMetric Property Plc (LON:LMP) has announced that it has appointed Darren Richards to the newly created role of Chief Investment Officer.

Darren, who will report directly to CEO Andrew Jones, joins the Company’s Senior Leadership Team and will work alongside Andrew Smith, Valentine Beresford, Will Evers and Mark Stirling to oversee the enlarged and growing property portfolio.

He joins from British Land Company PLC where he has been a member of its Executive Committee since 2014. Prior to joining British Land in 2005, Darren worked at Pillar Property plc, alongside a number of current LondonMetric employees.

Andrew Jones, Chief Executive of LondonMetric Property, commented:
