Landsec declares interim dividend of 8.6p

Land Securities Group plc (LON:LAND) has confirmed that the first interim dividend for the financial year ending 31 March 2023 will be 8.6 pence per Ordinary Share and will be paid on 7 October 2022 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 26 August 2022.

The dividend will be paid entirely as a Property Income Distribution.  The last date for DRIP elections is 16 September 2022.
