Pelatro Plc ORD 2.3P was founded in March 2013 by Subash Menon and Sudeesh Yezhuvath; who had previously worked together in developing Subex Limited, a global leader in Telco software for business optimisation. The Group was established with the objective of offering specialised, enterprise class software solutions for precision marketing campaigns.
The focus of the business has been on the Telco vertical market which has been undergoing a series of challenges, including market maturity, saturation and customer churn. In addition, there are increased customer demands and higher expectations of Telcos’ offering at lower price points. The company undertook extensive studies of the industry’s requirements and designed an innovative solution based on the fundamental premise that Telcos need to move away from a ‘one size fits all’ approach and address each individual subscriber with products and offerings that are contextual, relevant and personalised. The company entered into an engagement with a software development centre (the “SDC”) in India in 2015 to develop, implement and support the software, mViva and then acquired the SDC on 12 December 2017
