Ilika plc (LON:IKA), a pioneer in solid-state battery technology, has provided the following update on trading for the year ended 30 April 2021 and notice of its full year results announcement.

Trading Update

Trading for the year ended 30 April 2021 has been in line with management expectations. The Company expects to announce revenues of approximately £2.3m (2020: £2.8m), share based payment adjusted EBITDA loss of £2.3m (2020: £2.1m) and cash and cash equivalents at the period end were £9.8m (30 April 2019: £14.8m).

Notice of Results

Ilika expects to announce its full year results for the year ended 30 April 2021 on Tuesday 6 July 2021. 

Analyst Briefing
