HICL Infrastructure Company Limited Appoint Frances Davies as non-executive director

HICL Infrastructure Company Limited (LON:HICL), the listed infrastructure investment company advised by InfraRed Capital Partners Limited, today announced the appointment of Frances Davies as a non-executive director of HICL Infrastructure PLC, with effect from 1 April 2019. This appointment has been made following a comprehensive search carried out by a third-party recruitment consultant.

Ms Davies has more than 30 years of experience across various roles within the banking and asset management industries. Since 2007, she has been a partner of Opus Corporate Finance, a corporate finance advisory business. Prior to that she served as Head of Global Institutional Business at Gartmore Investment Management where she was responsible for Gartmore’s relationships with pension funds and other institutions within the UK, Europe and the US. Previously she held roles at Morgan Grenfell Asset Management and SG Warburg.

Ms Davies graduated with a MA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics and a M.Phil in Management Studies, both from Oxford University.

Ms Davies currently serves as a non-executive director of JPMorgan Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc; an independent member of the Aviva With-Profits Committee; a non-executive director of Aegon Investments Ltd; and is a member of the Hermes Property Unit Trust committee.

Proceeds will support the £150m share buyback programme and meet outstanding equity commitments, bringing total disposals over the past two years to about £725m at strong valuations.
