Hercules strengthens industry talent pipeline through college engagement

Hercules is continuing to build its presence among the next generation of construction and infrastructure professionals through direct engagement with students considering their next career steps. As part of this effort, the company recently participated in an employers convention at Cirencester College, where students were exploring options ranging from employment to university study or gap year opportunities.

Representing the company at the event was Social Value Lead Miquel Brown, who spent the day speaking with students interested in construction related careers. The convention provided a setting for employers and students to connect directly, allowing participants to discuss industry opportunities, career pathways and the skills required to enter a sector that continues to play a significant role in the UK’s infrastructure development.
