Shareholders will be unaffected by the change of name, and any existing share certificates bearing the Company’s former name remain valid and should be retained for future use.

Brusk Korkmaz, Chief Executive Officer, commented:

“The last few years have been momentous for our business. From listing on the London Stock Exchange, to delivering record revenues and making our first acquisition. The time is right to simplify our brand to reflect a business which is focused on labour supply and expanding our blue and white-collar labour supply services in the construction and infrastructure sectors in the UK. From now on we will simply be known as Hercules. Our commitment to our shareholders, clients and employees will be unchanged, but our ambitions for Hercules continue to grow.”
