Hercules builds local skills pipeline

Hercules PLC and Hercules Academy have continued their engagement with local communities and prospective workers by attending the recent Nuneaton Jobs Fair at North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College.

The teams were represented at the event by Miquel Brown and Jon Burton, providing an opportunity to speak directly with members of the local community about training, employment opportunities and the different routes available to people considering a new career.

Some attendees may be considering their first move into employment, while others may already have experience and be looking to build additional skills or explore a different career path. In both cases, access to relevant guidance and training can help people make more informed decisions about their next steps.

Engaging directly with local communities can help prospective candidates better understand the options available to them, while also giving Hercules and Hercules Academy an opportunity to explain the role that training can play in preparing people for new opportunities.

Hercules plc (LON:HERC) is a collaborative, innovative company delivering services of the highest standards within the Civil Engineering sector of the construction industry.
