Hercules Plc (LON:HERC), a leading UK infrastructure and construction services group, has undertaken a formal tender process for the role of external auditor.
The company has announced the appointment of Cooper Parry Group Ltd as its new auditor, replacing S&W Partners Audit Limited, which has formally resigned and has not notified the company of any reasons or matters connected with its ceasing to hold office as auditors which it considers should be brought to the attention of shareholders or creditors of the company.
