Halma Plc appoints Hudson La Force to Board

Halma Plc (LON:HLMA), the FTSE 100 global group of life-saving technology companies, has announced the appointment of Hudson La Force as an independent non-executive Director, with effect from 2 June 2025. Hudson will also be a member of Halma’s Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees.

Hudson brings a wealth of industrial and international experience from his executive and non-executive positions, as well as his time in the public sector. He is currently an Advisory Board Member at Madison Industries and a non-executive director at Madison’s largest portfolio companies: Madison Air; and Filtration Group Corporation.

Hudson’s executive career culminated in his role as Chief Executive Officer at W. R. Grace & Co., a US-headquartered specialty chemical manufacturer, from which he retired in 2021. His career began at Arthur Andersen. In 1997, Hudson joined Dell Technologies Inc. and served as General Manager at Dell China from 2002-2005. Prior to joining W.R. Grace & Co., he worked for the US Department of Education as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Counsellor to the Secretary.
