Finseta targets manual reconciliation as global payment complexity grows

Finseta Plc

Manual reconciliation is creating a clear operational bottleneck for finance teams, with 67% of respondents to Finseta’s poll naming it as their biggest payment pain point.

The result puts reconciliation well ahead of other concerns shown in the poll, including hidden fees, multiple logins and foreign exchange timing risk. As payment activity grows, the administrative work behind those payments can become a bigger problem than the transaction itself.

More markets and more payments can mean more transactions to match, check and clear. If those processes remain manual, growth can force finance teams to spend more time on repetitive administration or add headcount simply to keep payment operations running.

Finseta is addressing that problem by focusing on payment processes that can scale more efficiently. The aim is to reduce the amount of manual work involved in managing transactions, helping finance teams handle higher levels of activity without increasing operational complexity at the same rate.
