Entain plc Appoint Ricky Sandler as a Non-Executive Director

Entain plc (LON:ENT), the global sports betting and gaming group, has announced the appointment of Ricky Sandler as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Mr. Sandler is the founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Eminence Capital LP, a global investment management organisation.

Mr. Sandler will also become a member of the Company’s People & Governance and Capital Allocation committees.  As a member of the People and Governance committee, Entain and Mr. Sandler will work together to identify an additional Non-Executive Director mutually agreeable to Eminence and the company.

Corporate Governance Information

Under the provisions of the UK Corporate Governance Code, Mr. Sandler will not be considered an independent Non-Executive Director.
