Elemental Royalty holds more than 200 royalties across global mining sector

Elemental Royalty Corporation

Elemental Royalty Corporation holds more than 200 royalties across a range of commodities and mining jurisdictions, including 18 producing assets and 28 advanced development projects.

Its portfolio provides exposure to gold, copper, silver and other metals through royalty agreements with mining companies operating across four continents.

Producing assets include Caserones in Chile, Karlawinda and Laverton in Western Australia, Timok in Serbia and Panuco in Mexico. These projects provide exposure to established mining operations, with royalty payments linked to production and the terms of each agreement.

The company also holds royalties over advanced development and exploration projects. These assets offer potential for future revenue as projects progress, although the timing of any contribution depends on development, financing, permitting and production decisions made by the operators.

Elemental’s royalty model allows it to gain exposure to mining assets without operating the mines directly. Revenue depends on factors including commodity prices, production levels and the financial and operational performance of the underlying projects.

The company can also expand its portfolio by acquiring additional royalty interests. Its existing mix of producing, development and exploration assets provides exposure to current mining activity and potential future projects across several commodities and jurisdictions.

Elemental Royalty Corporation (NASDAQ:ELE, TSX:ELE) is a globally diverse, gold-focused portfolio featuring world-class royalties contributing to peer-leading revenue and strong growth.
