CyanConnode Holdings 2023 Annual General Meeting Thursday 24th August

CyanConnode Holdings plc (LON:CYAN), a global leader in Narrowband Radio Frequency (RF) Smart Mesh Networks, has reminded shareholders that its 2023 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will take place at 11a.m. on Thursday 24th August 2023 at the offices of Herald Investment Management Limited, 10-11 Charterhouse Square, London, EC1M 6ET.

Since a presentation was held via the Investor-Meet-Company platform on 1 August 2023, there will be no presentation at the AGM, and the meeting will consist of only the formal business of voting on the resolutions.

If any shareholders are intending to attend the meeting in person, we would request that they register this intention at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting at [email protected].

Shareholders are also reminded to submit their votes in relation to the resolutions no later than 11 a.m. on Tuesday 22nd August 2023 either by post to the address set out on the Form of Proxy, or if you have a username and access code you can register your vote(s) online for the AGM at www.shareregistrars.uk.com. Click on the “Proxy Vote” button and then follow the on-screen instructions. A copy of the Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy can be found on the Company’s website at the link below:

Please remember that if you are the beneficial owner of shares who has been nominated by a registered holder to enjoy information rights, in order to vote you must contact the registered holder of the shares i.e., the nominee or custodian who looks after your shares on your behalf.
