CyanConnode has continued its association with the Nanhi Kali Foundation by supporting the Skill Bridge programme, a targeted initiative for girls in grades 9 to 12. The programme is designed to build communication and job-readiness skills at a point when those capabilities can materially influence future education and employment outcomes.
Rather than backing a broad awareness campaign, CyanConnode is supporting practical training that can help participants prepare for the next stage of study or work.
The emphasis on girls in senior school years is also important. This is the period when students begin making decisions that shape their academic and professional direction. Support at that stage can improve confidence, communication and readiness for interviews, further study and early workplace environments.
CyanConnode said its support has already reached more than 300 girls in Gurugram. While this remains a local initiative, the figure provides evidence of delivery and shows that the partnership is producing identifiable reach on the ground.
